The T3 Program at Turner Networks trains young professionals to be a part of the entertainment work force.  As a T3 for Adult Swim Production and Development, James works with Producers and their Assistants on developing original content for the network.  James gets to learn the specifics about television production from one the most original, fresh, young cable networks out there.
